Female Great Danes in heat

Question
Is the genitalia on a female Dane enlarged or swollen looking while they are in heat?

My Great Dane also has little hard lumps on the edges and ends or her ears.  When squeezed hard white substance comes out.  Any ideas on what this could be or mean?

This does not sound like just being in season.
The swollen genetalia may not be unusual, I am not sure, but certainlt the bumps on the ears sounds like something else.
there may be some sort of infection working.
You need to take her to her Veterinarian right away.
This could well be anything from something trivial to something very serious.
Better to go the the Vet for something simple, than to let something potentially serious go untreated.
