Housebroken dog messing in house

I have a Poodle, approx 1 1/2 years old, who is housebroken, but poops in the house occasionally. She gets exercise, has a regular feeding schedule and has a doggy door to let herself out when needed. She has done fine with her doggy door, but occasionally, we get up to find her "surprises" and it is very frustrating. Please help.

What you can try is to use a crate-as dogs will not spoil areas in which they sleep

What you do is put him in there at first and only let him out to get fed,to go outside and when you want to take him for a walk

Then after a few weeks you can slowly let him out of the crate a bit more,even by first just letting him stay in one room
