Cocker Spaniel with GREEN STINKY EAR problems

Question
I just bathed my granddaughter's dog while she is away on Christmas vacation.  He has the stinky, green stuff in his left ear and shakes his head quite a bit.  I am going to try using the probiotic I have which is in a capsule form (I will add it to his can of Chicken/Rice meal this evening.  Is this the correct way to go about helping heal his problem?  I have Mometamax drops but don't know how many to put in his ear.  Any help is appreciated.  Thank you very much.  Have a wonderful New Year filled with all God's best.

Sincerely,

Donna

Answer
Hello Donna,

Cockers are pone to ear problems, but the green stuff does not sound good.  He should probably be seen by a vet first.  The probiotics wouldn't do anything for an infection.  He will most likely need antibiotics from the vet.  After he is cured then you can start him on a preventive such as NuVet Plus - this is a immune system building supplement and helps greatly to keep ear infections from coming back.  To read about NuVet go to my website and click on NuVet.  They offer a 100% money back guarantee if you don't see the results you are looking for.  You will also need a groomers code to buy this product.  Help yourself to mine - 42299.

This is the only help I can offer you as I am not a veterinarian.

Best wishes to you this New Year & God bless you.
Sincerely,
