clueless?

hi i was just wondering weather you could help?
I have an 8 year old doberman x, recently she has been avoiding her food and if she does eat it she will vomit it back up.  Also she is passing blood in her stool.  Could this just be because of her diet or is she really ill? thankyou in advance sophi.

Yes, if it's been warm or hot where you live, it can cause a dog to stop eating. However, that wouldn't explain the blood in her stool.
Blood in the stool wouldn't be caused by diet (not even a poor one), or by a few missed meals.

It's time for your dog to be examined by your vet.
