strange behavoir when Im not around

Question
I have a female 7 year old lab/weim mix who has twice in the past three months had some kind of fit when no one was home.  I come home to find urine, feces (looking as if it has been tossed all over the room), and blood all contained in about a 4ft-6th area.  The weird things is that the blood is coming from her rubbing the skin entirely off the TOP! of her nose.  So she must be on her back while doing this? The blood almost makes a pattern of lines around the fecal urine mess.  I looks like a seizure has taken place but I have never witnessed it happen so I don't know.  She is scared of storms and unusual noises (like a beeping smoke detector when the battery is running out and the beep is regular but intermittent. )  I don't know what to do since I never witness the event.  I've talked to my vet and they thought perhaps a panic attack.  But this can't keep going on untreated... Has anyone else ever seen such strange behavoir??

The blood in the urine doesn't sound like a panic attack.
She needs to be taken to a Veterinarian that is interested in getting to the bottom of it, and finding help for this poor dog.
Has your Vet run tests on the feces samples?
I have seen dogs in panic attacks, and it can be very traumatic for them, and have seen them urinate from fear, but this sounds like something that needs to be addressed right now.
It could be Epilepsy. I would call another Veterinarian and get something done with this NOW.
