Some Good days,,,some bad,,,,

Greetings,
I was wondering if you could shed some light on the reason why my puppies have diahreah.  Some days it is harder and some days like water.  We currently have them on Eagle Pack puppy and large breed formula, so Im wondering if it is too rich for them, or if they may be alergic to some of the contents.  The breeder that we got them from has given us medication for both, so I hope we see improvements soon.  They are both boxers, one 4 months and one almost 3 month male and female.  They are still eating, and playing...drinking as normal.  A lady that I work with said it could be a parisite of some sort, and that the Flagly ( I think that is how you spell it) will help if that is indeed what is wrong.  
Any other suggestions would be appreicated.  It is mainly the older male pup who has it the worst at the moment, but the little girl seemed alot runnier than yesterday :(

Over the counter meds avlible at petstores don't work well if at all I'm not sure if this is what the breeder gave you or not but sounds like it....I'd take them both to the vets they could possibly be allergic to something in the kibble or have a bad case of worms....or worse.
