English Bulldog in Heat?

I think my 9 month old female bulldog may be heat. She has pooped 3 times and peed in the house this evening although she is housebroken. She has thrown up white mucus twice and acts like she feels miserable. Is there anything I can do for her to help her feel better? How long will she feel like this?

That certainly doesn't sound like any heat I have ever seen in my years of dog training! That sounds like she has a very upset stomach. Is this "white mucus" actually mucus or is it yellowy foamy bile?

If its not bile but actually a white mucus substance, she needs to see a vet immediatly.

Signs of heat are vaginal bleeding/discharge, swelling of the vulva, going off their food, whining, pacing, wanting outside, showing interest in other dogs, mounting other dogs or people, etc.
