Question
my 5 year old female is not spayed, has valley fever and on fluconasal. she had just finished her heat a month ago. recently new friends with two males (not neutered) and another female. (spayed)i noticed little clots in her urine and she runs around spot peeing. were going to the vet in the morning but i gotta do something now. is it possible that shes back in heat? or am i justified in being worried...? bladder infection?

Answer
Josh-

Yes, this sounds like a bladder infection or kidney infection or other UTI. It could also possibly indicate stones. She needs to see a vet ASAP. It would be HIGHLY unlikely that she has come back into heat (dogs typically come into heat twice a year, except a very few breeds like a rodesian ridgeback that only comes in once a year) but there are also hormone deficiancies that can cause her to go back into heat so soon. Either way she needs to see a vet!

Good luck!
