in heat?

my Chihuahua keeps whining and there is one room she did not want to come out of for some reason i offered her meat and didnt want it, she always wants it. she seems more clingy with me I'm her main owner as it is she whines when i'm not there and looks sad also. I have heard, she dont eat until i get home. she 4 yrs and never has had puppies or been spayed.

It could be one of two things

She might be coming into heat as you think

But it could also be separation anxiety,in which dogs don't want to be separated from there owners and act stressed when the owners are not around it is fairly common and there are trainers that deal with such problems

Now if it's her coming into heat,the best way to eliminate that problem is by getting her fixed
