biting &nipping

cant stop my staff from bitting &nipping you help she is 5 month old &she holds her blander in day time but not at night how can i stop her at night

She is probably teething as well as going through puppy stage.   put some hot sauce on your hand and then tempt her to nip you, make sure she gets the hot sauce in her mouth.  
Two put your hand all the way in her mouth and slightly down her throat when she tries to nip, do this til she backs off.  if she comes right back hold your hand there even longer until she gags.
At five months she should be able to hold her bladder for about 6 hours.   When is the last time she is let out, and the first time in the morning.
