my dog killed a cat

these two cats came in my yard and my dogs killed them...what can happen to me

Hello Monique, Usually nothing as your dogs were in their own yard.  And as a matter of fact in most areas even cats have a leash law.  Call your local police dept. or animal control for more details.  But, because your dogs were on their own property that is in your favor.  I would however feel sorry for the cat owners and advise them to have indoor cats next time.  Thanks for asking, Cindy Lou :(
