Question
My 9 year old lab has had a vomiting problems for about 4-5 months.  About twice a day he will barf on the floor.  What comes up is usually clear liquid and whatever food he may have scrounged out of the garbage or been hand fed.
Im tired of cleaning this up.  Is there anything we can do?

Answer
First off I would take him to the vet ASAP!  If you have already what i would tell you to do is to stop feeding himm for about a day and then feed him one bowl of rice a day (thats it).  Do that for about 2-3 days then you feed him twice a day with rice and at that point you can through in some chicked or beef.  Do that for about a week.  Then the next week through some food in with the rice and add more food to it every day.  Until it is all food ( i would definetley consider getting new food!)  Science diet or Eukanuba would be the best
Also some dogs are allergic to food with corn it it!
Also you might want to consider soaking the dog food for 20 min. and mix it with plain yougurt.  Raise the bowl up higher and it will stop from air collecting in thoer stomach which will help!
