white mini schnauzer

I have a white miniature schnauzer who, about 4 months ago, developed a rash down the center of her back and near her rump.  The rash has all but gone away but now she has a orangish stripe down her back.  Do you have any experience or knowledge about what I have described?  Thanks for your help.

I am not familiar with white schnauzers, but do know that white-coated dogs can have more sensitive skin than darker-coated dogs.

Skin issues can affect the dog's color. Salt and peppers can have black hair develop over a skin injury, while blacks can have hair turn white.
