Yorkie barking!!!

Tina Help!  I have a 5 month old yorkie puppy that barks all the time.  I know that terriers tend to bark a lot but Sophie over does it.  She barks at anything that moves or makes a noise inside or out.  She barks at cars, kids, the airconditioner, the floor squeeking and any thing else you can imagine.  She is disturbing our home. When I take her outside she barks so much I bring her in so she doesn't bother the neighbors.  Do you have any suggestions or training tips that might help us?
