Pomeranian - 3 to 4 yrs old urinary infections ; potty training;

Hello marie!

I have a Pomeranian who is between 3 and 4 years old who lately has been having accidents in the house. Specifically on the carpet by the door. (My doorway entrance is tiled so its about 1-2 ft into the house to get to carpeting) We take her out 4 times a day (Between 8-9 AM, 2-3 PM, 6-7 PM, and Right before we go to bed 10-12 PM) We have just moved into a new apartment (In October) and she was doing amazing, not having any accidents in the house, going potty outside and all around doing great. I've tried just cleaning up and ignoring her, scolding her, and recently looked at purchasing a crate for her. She hasn't had this problem in the past, it also seems to be primarily when we leave for the day and come back. Occasionally she will have an accident overnight as well so im not really sure what we should do. If you can give me on insight on what to try next that would be greatly appreciated.

HI Dave; We could be dealing with a low grade urinary infection or some Anxiety~~~~~
I can give you help for both:

1. It wouldn't hurt to have your Pom checked, at your VET, for a UTI ( urinary infection)  
To prevent and lessen UTI infections, stones and crystals in the urine we have great luck with:
