My 3 month old puppy a boy skin is Turing pink on his face and ears stomach and legs he is and white dog his skin is also looking lumpy what should I do

I would suggest you take him to the Vet, and have him look at him.
I would not venture to guess without a photo, and since he is changing into something, I am not familiar with. It may be a skin condition, but, it may be genetics as well...so, it will be interesting for me to hear.
Let me know what the Vet says.
