Puppy spayed and has bump

Hi, I've recently had my puppy spayed about 5 weeks ago and she has a bump under the scar. It dosen't bother her when I touch it, and she is playful, energetic, and seems fine. I was wondering if it was just the insides still healing and if it's normal?

The bump on the scar normally means that it's healing up. Nothing to worry about but if it stays there of gue comes outta it then tak her back to the vets.
