bad behavior

My friend just received a little chihuahua from a family in which the care provider was sent off to jail. My girlfriend had already owned 2 chi of her own, when this new one was introduced she was very aggressive and didn't want to share toys or even showing love she was very mean. So now I have her because she was messing up the pack with the other dogs. I am a single mom of a 17yr of son. We have had her for a week now and I don't know what to do with this KRAZY dog. First she does not share her toys, no fetch and retrieve, you can pet her for awhile and then she just starts freaking out and starts growling and biteing at you like you just hurt her in some way. It's just shes very unpredictable. one minute she so sweet and the next she like this spastic krazy dog, after she has a fit then she goes and hides or just goes to sleep? I can't take her out in public no one can pet her because she growls and tries to bite everyone!! I want to keep her but I can't continue like this PLEASE HELP US!!!!

this dog has serious dominance issues,which is common in small dogs,esp if they have been babbied too much and allowed to get away with things for a long time

The best way to corect this,is to take the dog to obedience classes,not only can a trainer walk you through the problems and how to solve them,but it will also put you in the alpha role,insted of the dog

Even in a small dog this is not acceptable,you most always be in charge-and a trainer cn show you how to do that
