My 3 month old puggel

Question
I have a puggel that is 3 months old.  I keep her in a kennel at night and some during the day while I am at work.  She gets let out several times a day but she is still pooping and peeing in her kennel.  I have tried everything and nothing seems to work for her.  I have finally got her somewhat broke of whinning in her kennel at night but the pooping/peeing will not stop.  She isn't going just a little bit she is filling that kennel up.  I clean it out probably two times a day.  I could understand if she wasn't going out at all but she is going outside a lot.  I even take her on long walks at night before bed so she can go as many times as she needs to and that doesn't even work.  I am also starting her in obedience school after the first of the year so I am hoping that will help us as well.  If you can help me or have any suggestions that would be great!

Answer
What you may want to try is to confine her to a room and put papers down, sometimes when Crate training doesn't work, paper training is often the way to go

Once she goes on the papers, then slowly she may go outside esp if you put the papers near the door
