my puggle pees in HER bed but no where else

Question
We got a female puggle about 4 months ago.  She is 6 months old.  She is potty trained...actually potties on command when we take her outside.  she used to pee and poop on her potty pads while she as caged in a small area at night.  not she poops only outside and NEVER uses her potty pads any more so I thought she was totally potty trained until I discover about 3 weeks ago she was peein in her bed!  nearly every single night...while her potty pad is right next to her.  I wash her beds and blankets in special enzyme cleaner to remove the smell...but nothing will work.  I've tried taking her bed away from her so she only has the option of her potty pad but she cries until she gets a bed...then pees in it...and sleeps in it...and then wants to be on the rest of the furniture whe she stinks!  What can I do?!?!?  She has been spay.

Answer
I really don't have a good answer to this.  I doubt anybody else would.  I guess it could be a leadership issue.  The key to most behavior problems is approaching things using the dog's natural instincts.  Dogs see all the people and dogs in the household as a pack with each having their own rank in the pack and a top dog.  Life is much easier if the 2 legged pack members outrank the 4 legged ones.  You can learn to play the role of top dog by reading some books or going to a good obedience class. A good obedience class or book is about you being top dog, not about rewarding standard commands with a treat.
