my mini american eskimo is really hipper when is he going to calm down and how do i stop him from bitting when i play with him?????

You didn't say how old your dog or puppy is.

American Eskimo Dogs MUST have regular opportunities to vent their energy and to use their busy minds to do interesting things. Your dog needs at least an hour every day of exercise. That means active play, a good run, or long walks. The more exercise, the better for this breed!
Enrolling in an obedience class would be an excellent activity to consider. Your dog will get the mental stimulation he needs, and you will learn how to control him.

You need to train your dog not to bite. This can take some time if the biting has been going on for some time. Read about how to stop a dog or puppy from play biting here:
