Rat Terrier Breeding

I have a 10 month old female and a two year old male. The female had a "heat" cycle approx. 2 months ago. Her and the male had gotten together alone approx 10-15 days into her cycle. I just noticed a couple of days ago that her vulva has started swelling again and the male has been chasing after her again. I don't know if it is important or not but her teats have minimal swelling. (I don't know if that just happens with age.) To my knowledge during the first cycle there was no tie. Could she be pregnant? I first noticed her bleeding on January 28, 2007, she stopped bleeding approx. Feb 5, 2007. Could she be going into heat again this soon? After the first heat cycle was over, her and Benny have been together constantly. I have looked at a lot of websites and none of this makes any sense to me, please help me!!

she may be pregnant.  It is not good that she is so young.  Check with a vet to see if he wants to put her on vitamins due to her age.
the fertile time is 13 days into the cycle so if she was with a male during that time she was fertile.  She should not be going into heat again.  She may have a discharge which the male is smelling.  You might want to get an Xray to see if she has any pups.
