halos in pupps eyes

Question
I have a lhasa apsa female puppy that is 6 mos. old.
About a month ago I noticed that she has moon shaped halos in the bottom of each of her eyes. I spoke to my vet on the phone he thought that since they are the same size and color that it may just be genetic. I have never had this breed before and don't know if I should be concerned. Thank you for your time.

It could just be the pigment of your dog's eyes; you should ask your breeder about this.

If your dog has never had an eye exam, you should probably set up an appointment with a veterinary ophthalmologist, and he/she would be able to tell you exactly what you are seeing.
