I just read one of your past responses...
I also have 6 cats ( yes, I AM crazy!!) And I have noticed Foxy eating kitty poo before. Does this mean Parvo??????

It shouldn't.  It would be possible for him to pick up other things from it.  I am afraid he is sick and needs to see the vet.

I would try to find a spot for thelitter box that the cats can reach,
but he can't.
