About three month old pup

I have a there month old Germen Shepard. She was fine and healtly, but suddenly from past two days have stopped eating and started bleeding. I want to know the reason and what should I do. Have already taken to the vet. Please help coz I am worried. She looks so helpless.

Dear Shirisha,

Thank you for writing to me about your puppy.  She's very young and very delicate and although you didn't say where she is bleeding from, not eating is a sign of something terribly wrong.  Puppies have amazing appetites because they are rapidly growing and they are always hungry.

You absolutely MUST take her for a second opinion to another vet.  There is definitely something wrong and she needs to have blood work done to check for infection and other ailements as well as a fecal done including for giardia to check for worms and parasites.
