the runt of the litter

sorry to bother you, but i am buying the runt of the litter that was rescued and she is 12 weeks old. should i be concerned of any disadvantages she has or any health problems she might get?
                     if you could, can you answer my question fast!! im getting her tomarrow!!!

No,unless you are planning to breed her,then having a runt as a pet won't have any problems,it used to be a myth that runts where unhealthy,but just like short children,some soon catch up anyways,but others like in people remain small,unless runts are bred together on purpose they are just as healthy as regular sized dogs

Ii too have a runt has had no serious problems,and in fact was healthier then a dog I had that was oversized
