Seperation Anxiety in dogs

I have a 2 year old Pug which i recently just sold her last puppy from her first litter.  It was maybe a day since her last puppy left and she started pooping and peeing in the same spot at the same time in the house.  She has not done this before and I was just wondering if this is a sign of separation anxiety or something else? any help would be appreciated.

A recently nursing mother is still experiencing the excesive urination that comes along with motherhood! Try taking her out at that same time every day so she can go outside, and praising her when she does. You can also place food/water dishes in the spot where she is going, as a dog will not polute a food source.
