breeding tea cup chihuahua

I have a female tea cup chi, she weighs 4-4 and half pounds, could I breed her to the same size male chi.?, would it be safe?

Usually that will work fine...but, all dogs can have issues with whelping. No matter what be prepared with a small dog to have a C-Section.
Plan ahead, and find a Vet that works after hours..chances are that is when you will need them!
