covering the grey in a dogs hair

my dog is getting grayer and I am wanting to wash that gray right out of her hair.... lol... can that be done?.. I don't want pink, or funny colors, just cover the gray.

Hi Julie,

I've read that Clairol can be used on dogs, but before using it you should talk to your vet to confirm that it would be safe to use on a dog. Many things humans use and eat are actually toxic to dogs, and dogs have more delicate skin than people too.

While I don't understand why you feel the need to cover your dog's gray, your vet is the real expert to ask.
