Question
I have a three year old female boxer that has been acting out (not listening when called or commanded to do something, etc). We recently got a male boxer puppy that is 14 weeks old. I believe he may be the reason, but what can i do to fix it? We give both equal amount of attention, but I am also afraid that when we yell at the puppy for doing something wrong, she thinks she's done something wrong as well. How can I train him, without affecting her?

Answer
It is quite possible that getting your new puppy has given your older dog something new to focus on and pay attention to, but this is normal.  A dog would naturally find another dog more interesting than a human.

As far as "fixing" this, it requires consistent training.  Work on attention exercises, away from the other dog.  Dogs need to be solid on their behaviors without distractions before you can expect them to be solid with distractions.

I am including information on puppy issues, and I would suggest yelling as little as possible.  It really does nothing but make the dog either tune you out or become fearful of you.
