Frisbee

Hi,Kristin!! my dog will go and fetch the frisbee,but keeps on running with it.what should I do ? also he is a very big Boy,and wants to jump up on me and my wife,how can I stop him from this ? what would be the best method ? To start off with get him on a VERY long rope,and when he keeps on running,give him a quick pull and call his name and tell him to come

And as for jumping,the best way to stop that is to push him off and say 'off' loud and firm each time and don't pet him when he jumps up,but pet him once he stops
