my Labrador dog is due on 21st Jan but has become clingy, whining at me , not eating and always peeing is this a sign she is about to have her pups early? is there a correct time of day that she will have them ?

Yes, definitely signs of labor coming!
No particular time, so, watch for digging, and trembling...as this is full labor!
And of course, discharge...any dark colored or green means dead puppy or a broken placenta, so, get her to the Vet asap if so!
