hip dysplasia????

hi bex, i have a 2yr.old female yellow lab,she weighs about 50 lbs. and is in very good health. for about the last 5 months she walks and runs on 3 legs,she holds her left leg off the ground.it is not all the time , only after a good work out or lots of playing around.ever since she was born,she lays on her belly w/both hind legs spread eagle. do you think it could be hip dysplasia? if you don't know, could you please ask your mom.

Yep thats hip dysplasia, my dog had it when he was about 2/3yrs old and still suffers from it now. Take her to vets and they will give you some medicine to make it better or do a oparation.
