My dog got bit by something

Question
My dog ran away when the pizza guy came to the door. He is a 1YO Yellow Lab who doesn't have his shots yet and is not neutered. After being gone for about 20 minutes he returned limping. Back left leg has "pinkish blood marks" looks like bite marks on his paw and lower leg only. He's crying and breathing heavily. He is not acting like himself at all. Will not even take a doggy biscuit. I gave him a tylenol (that was put in a piece of pizza crust) and put neosporin on the wounds after cleaning them with soap and water. What else should I do? I cannot afford to bring him to a vet right now.

Answer
He could have gotten into a fight with another dog, a wild animal, or who knows what.  He is obviously traumatized and injured.

You cannot give dogs Tylenol or Ibuprofen (Advil), it is TOXIC.  It can cause liver failure and death.

The only OTC human pain medication dogs can get is buffered aspirin, but that is only under instruction of a veterinarian!

I understand you cannot afford to bring him to a vet, but regardless of what you can afford, the dog deserves to have medical care.  Maybe if you cannot afford a dog, you should not have one.  That is the choice you have to make for the dog's sake and well being, not for yourself.  Maybe you should give him to a shelter.  He is 1 year old and has never had vaccinations?  That is irresponsible on your part.

Or you can try to find a low-cost clinic in your area, through an internet search or calling around.  If you have to, borrow money from family/friend, or use a credit card, but the dog needs to see a vet NOW if he is injured and limping, he probably also needs antibiotics.
