Lab/Golden Mix too Aggressive

Question
hi, we recently purchased a Labrador/Golden Retriever mix about a month and a half ago from a pet shelter.  We picked her up when she was about 3 months old.   Here's the situation:  I know that many people say it's normal puppy behavior, but our dog is crossing the line.  When she first wakes up or is very tired, or even when she's outside with strangers, she's a very sweet gentle dog, but when she's with us and wide awake, she starts offthat way and then starts to attack.  Instead of licking us, she bites us.  this is every day.  It's a real problem cuz she's now bitten my mom on her hand and sunk in her tooth, making my mom bleed.  When she was teething, it was fine cuz they were just sharp, but now she's growing into an adult jaw, and we're very worried we may have to give this dog away. We have my grandmother too, and we're afraid my dog's going to jump on her or seriously bite her.  when im outside with her at night, she's literally attacking me, she doesn't care if i punish her, smack her, w/e, she comes to attack.  that's another thing.  we've tried to distract her with a chewing toy, and even newspaper, but she doesn't care, she'll bite that, and then she'll bite us and the furniture, even if we punish her. Please help.  Also, she still doesn't wanna potty  JUST outside, she pees inside and outside the house.  we dont have aroom or kitchen we can keep her in for the day.

Answer
First, the potty training.  Crate her for awhile. Let her out to pee and poop outside .  Do this for a week, when she comes back in the house put a leash on her and tie it to your belt.  this way you have control over hr and she can be corrected if she tries to go to the bathroom in the house, and you can actually direct her outside when on leash.
Biting:  first of all a 4 month old is teething but it can be rough.  First, when she goes to bite you, point your fingers together and stick them down toward the back of her throat til she gags.  They usually only need a few time of this to get the idea.  Say "No Bite" firmly when you do this.
If this doesn't work, and things seem aggressive, pick up some pepper spray from an army navy store and when she bites, give her a quick blast on the nose and mouth area.
if these things don't work you will probably have to go to a professional
good luck
