housebreaking my 10wk old Lhasapoo

Question
I am having a hard time housebreaking my puppy and also getting her to use the bathroom outside, which she will nit do at all she will just sit there and play with the grass and leaves. I work a split shift from 6:30-9:15am and then 1:30-4:15pm because I drive a bus but during my break I come home to try to walk her with no results. I have a crate, please tell me how I should feed her and would she be okay in the crate that long while I'm at work, she is soiling my carpet when I let her out to run around and play, please help me!

The answer is simple do not let her back in until she "Potty's" outside!!
Make sure you Praise the heck out of her!!
This way she understands where you DO want her to go!
There is some confusion with her going in and out...so, she needs to understand where her territory is good for her!
