i need help

i was playing with my one year old pomeranian that i had gotten from a friend and well i just looked into his eye and there looks like there is a eyebooger in his eye but when i went to rub his eye it wouldn't move out.what can i do.i am so worried right now

I am sorry honey, but I cannot tell you about this because it could be anything from and "eye booger"  to a worm, to an infection.  Since I cannot see your dog's eye, I would recommend you take him to someone who can actually look into his eye and see what you are seeing.  A vet or a vet tech.
