Answer
Good afternoon, Linda.

I think that you were previously discussing this issue with someone else, but, if you'd like, I'd be happy to try to help.

First, I would feed a bland diet of boiled hamburg and rice.  You'll want to make sure the rice is cooked very, very well, to nearly mush.  You'll want to feed just this for a few days for your pup's digestive system to settle down.  When his poop has firmed up for at least a couple of days on this bland diet, you would then want to slowly start to introduce the dry food you are feeding.

You can also give slippery elm bark to help soothe the digestive tract.  Simply open up a couple of capsules, mix with a small amount of warm water to create a gel and let him lap it up.  This will coat the digestive tract and help calm it down.

I'm not sure what food you are feeding, but you will want to be sure it is a simple food with minimal ingredients.  Add the food very slowly back into his diet, mixing just small amounts at a time with the hamburg and rice.

Good luck.  I do hope things settle down for him.
