Storage Mite, ragweed, and corn allergy in Dog

My dog has allergies to storage mites(over 1,000), house mites, ragweed (1,200) and Corn.  My Vet suggested today to put him on canned food because of the storage mites. I would have taken him off dry food years ago had I known it was storage mites  He weighs 104lbs is a giant schnauzer and has suffered for years.  We have done everything you can think of (except making his food) hindsight is 20/20.  I think making his food myself might be cheaper than feeding him canned dogfood.    I would need some balanced dogfood recipes.
