bitting and scratching pup

Question
I have a 9 wks old lab pup. For past 10 she is continuously bitting herself even after giving her bath with shampoo she is smelling bad. Her hair started falling. Skin and hair become rough. She has small yellow spores like things on the affected area.Kindly suggest treatment for and what kind of insecticidal dip can be given at home which is not harmful for my little pup.

Hi - I would love to help but she needs to be seen by the vet.  I am wondering if she has Mange.  Please let a vet take a look at her.
After you see the vet I would be very happy to talk foods, vitamins, oils and supplements with you.
