Homemade Food to prevent Struvite crystals

I have a 9lb, 7 year old Pomeranian who recently had surgery to remove several large stones from her bladder.  Do you have a recipe for homemade dog food that will help prevent Struvite stones?

Hi Barbara,
Because I have seen too many problems with generic diets, because each dog is a unique being with more to them than their condition, because I do this for a living -  I don't like to hand out recipes that may or may not work.
