dog under weight

Question
I have A sibe husky milly,she is 10 months old..when i got her she was very under weight..I have tried feeding her dry nuts with fish and rice,,but she is still well under weight,,Is there anything else I can try,as i am very worried about her,,she gets 2 long walks a day with a back pack a dog trainer gave me..if you can help me that would be great

Hi Mary,

Just go with a premium dog food you can get there in Ireland.  I'm not familiar with brands but I'm sure you can find one with good healthy ingredients.  Check out this site for a similar food. www.pipschoice.com

The foods you are giving her now are like foods for weight loss.  Stay away from nuts though.
Chicken as a meat is the best.  Apples and carrots are good for safe sugars, potatoes because of the starch are good as well.

The walks are also keeping her fit.  Walking burns a lot of calories.
