Best all natural or holistic food

Hi, We have an adorable 10 month old creame colored Maltipoo. He weighs 8 1/2 lbs. Very sweet, smart and active. Right now he is eating, since we got him, Royal canin puppy dry food. What is the best food for him . i want to feed him all natural, holistic food. Also, I feed him 2x a day, 1/4 cup each time. Please let me know your thoughts! Thank-you for your expertise and time.. The problem I have with Royal Canin is the Ingredients: They list corn gluten meal as their third ingredient and rice but they don't say what form and wheat gluten, fish oil- again not listing what fish it is from.
