Answer
It is almost impossible to access enough information about a dog food to tell how good it is.  Dog foods need 4 components, protein, fat, calories, and dribbles and drabs to bring up the vitamins and minerals to what a dog needs.  Often they contain a grain or potato to bring in some vitamins, minerals, and add a little protein and mostly carbohydrates for calories.  Not all protein is equal.  Dogs need certain minimums of different amino acids.  A food can get there 2 different ways.  Either by fairly low protein content, but very carefully balanced, or by more, but not as carefully balanced protein.  Either route can provide a good diet, with any excess being burned as calories.  The only real problem with burning excess protein is a little more work for the kidneys.  As long as your dog doesn't have kidney problems, higher protein ensures getting enough amino acids.

I have seen both good and bad reports on every chow there is.  How many come from somebody selling something?  Who knows?  I say, Orijen is worth trying, but don't promise it will work.
