my lhasa apso Metacam....

Question
for the past few days my 2 year old male lhasa has been having some kind of spams in his back legs today alone he has had 5 has i have seen the day b4 was 2 he arches his back and his leg goes really stiff he shakes and its really upseting to see i took him to the vets and he could not see angthing wrong with him said he was a bit stiff in the knees but thing to put his finger on , he then put him on metacam he is not him normal self its really getting him down

How is your baby doing?  Did you get some x-rays or another opinion?

Hi Kim - Call the vet and tell them the metacam is not working for your boy.  Ask them if you can give 1 ( 81 mg ) of Baby aspirin every 12 hrs? or just 1 x per day.

Also, you can get another opinion on this with some x-rays?
