vomiting blood

I have a 4-yr old white small poodle.On 3 occasions within the past 6 mos she has vomited twice and had a bowel movement once that was dark & bloody. The vet couldn't find anything wrong.He put her on a special diet. She vomited dark, bloody substance again today. Any suggestions?

With me not being a Vet and not having seen your dog, I can only guess as to what may be wrong with your dog.  
It could be a stomach ulcer that is acting up, it could be worms (though if your Vet checked her out, he most likely would have found worms if she had them), or it could be something that she has ingested that caused her to have the bloody vomit or stool.  

Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance, but there is a Vet section here on AllExperts and they might be able to help you better with this question.
