Other than that if i give him rice, or bread or any human food he would eat. what should i do? please help

Answer
Hello Rina,
First of all, Stop feeding him any human food until you see that he is eating his own food.  Dogs are smart enough to realize that if he is getting the really good "human food", why go back to his dry ole dog food.  He really likes the canned food, so he will try and eat it off the dry food.
When you add the canned food to his dry food, stir it in some so that he can't just lick it off.  You may even want to add some water (not much or else you will end up with soggy dog food) to help coat the food with the canned food.
Also, its sometimes normal for a dog to go off his food for a day or even a day and a half.  It won't hurt the dog, just be sure not to give him any people food, or he will stop eating his food so that you will give him the people food.  When you stop feeding him the people food, he may not eat his dry food for a couple of days.  This is ok.  He is just throwing a "tantrum" because he wants the people food and will resume eating his dry food when he gets hungry enough.

Watch him when he goes outside and make sure he is having a good BM.  If he is pooing good, you know that everything else inside is fine.

I hope this helps you some.  If you have other questions for me, please feel free to ask.
