brown spots

I have a 10 year old mimi poodle and have noticed that she has sporadic small brown spots on her belly and backside.  What could this be?

Hello Michelle,
Since I can't see your dog this is only my best guess, but from what it sounds like, it is probably just old age spots like humans get.  They are harmless and are mostly just skin discoloration.  If you are concerned, you can take her to the Vet and have her checked out, but judging by your description, they are just harmless skin spots.
