Is my Toy Poodle too old to breed

Hi, my Toy Poodle is 8 years old. i was wondering if it's too late to breed her. she's never had a litter.

While 8 is older for most Poodles, Toy Poodles have a lifespan of around 15 years or so.  8 would be about middle age for your dog.  As long as your dog has been Vet Checked and is proclaimed healthy, she should be ok to breed and carry a litter to term.  You may need to put her on Vitamins just to insure her continued health during her pregnancy, but with care, she should be just fine.  

You shouldn't wait too long though, I would go ahead and get her Vet checked, then think about breeding her on her next heat cycle.
