potty problem

i ve a 3 month old lab,male.i did not train him previously to go potty outside.now it has become a problem.he does it inside the house.if i take him out i am afraid of the stray dogs.plz help

Hello, I can only advise you take him out on a leash or buy a large outdoor kennel run or build a fence around your property if possible. If there are stray dogs around your area you can never leave him out off leqash and never leave him Tied outside.
